Ephrata Invitational Wiffle® Ball Tournament

If you are interested in organizing a team to enter the 2012 Ephrata Invitational Wiffle Ball Tournament you can visit Junior Circuit Commissioner Eric Martin at the Ephrata Middle School or Senior Circuit Commissioner Nate Jones at the High School to receive an official team roster form, or you can print out a copy and drop it off with a commissioner or mail it to the below address:

You will receive official notification of your registration after your team fee has been received.  Teams registering for the Rookie, Junior, and Senior Circuits MUST submit a completed written copy of the team roster with parent signatures.

 To print out an official 2012 team registration form, simply click on the "Printer Friendly Version" hyperlink at the bottom of the page, fill out the form, and return it to one of the commissioners or mail it in before the announced deadline.

TEAM ENTRANCE FEE:  Jr. & Sr. Circuit ($50) * Rookie Circuit  (grades 5 & under)
ROOKIE CIRCUIT FEE  ($40) * Junior Circuit  (grades 6, 7 & 8)
DAIRY QUEEN DINGER DERBY: ($5 per 10 Swings) * Senior Circuit  (grades 9 to 12)
ADMISSION: Adults ($2) Students (K-12 Grades) ($1)    
SNACK BAR & BARBECUE PIT WILL BE OPEN
