If you are interested in organizing a team to enter the 2008 Ephrata Invitational Wiffle Ball Tournament you can visit Junior Circuit Commissioner Eric Martin at the Ephrata Middle School or Senior Circuit Commissioner Fred Geyer at the High School to receive an official team roster form, you can print out a copy of this one, or you can register on-line by clicking on the link below:

Please note: If you plan on registering online, you must deliver your entry fee to your circuit commissioner or mail the fee to the address below before the registration deadline of 9:00 PM, February 14th, or your team will not be entered in the 2008 Tournament.

Your Online Team Registration is not an official confirmation of your registration. You will receive official notification of your registration after your team fee has been received. Teams registering for the Rookie, Junior, and Senior Circuits MUST submit a completed written copy of the team roster with parent signatures.

A reserve player is necessary only if another player is missing for a game. A reserve can't be a member of another team. FOR ROOKIE CIRCUIT ROSTERS, 7 PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED FOR A FULL ROSTER.
